Miki, de son vrai nom Mikaela Duplay, est une chanteuse et autrice-compositrice-interprète franco-coréenne née le 6 novembre 1998 à Nice. Révélée en France entre 2024 et 2025, elle s’impose dans la pop électronique française avec un style mêlant synth-pop, rap et électro, porté par des textes autobiographiques sans filtre.
Grandissant au Luxembourg dans une famille franco-coréenne, Miki suit dix ans de conservatoire avant d’étudier le cinéma à Londres entre 2016 et 2019, où elle découvre la musique électronique. De retour en France, elle diffuse dès 2020 des titres autoproduits en anglais, dont elle supprimera ensuite l’ensemble pour repartir de zéro. En 2021, elle collabore avec Thomas Guerlet et Studio Milton. En 2023, elle signe chez le label Structure, qui a travaillé avec Clara Luciani, Eddy de Pretto et Angèle, et sort son premier EP, 4X. En 2024, elle collabore avec Metronomy et Faux Real sur le titre Contact High, avant les singles Échec et mat et Cartoon Sex.
Le style de Miki se situe entre synth-pop, rap et électro, qu’elle qualifie elle-même de « pop électronique ». Ses textes, souvent autobiographiques, abordent de façon directe et décomplexée des thèmes intimes tels que les relations amoureuses, la sexualité ou l’image de soi, avec un ton parfois décalé et humoristique. Elle se produit à l’Olympia le 10 octobre 2025, puis part en tournée en France, en Belgique et en Suisse. Son clip Échec et mat, tourné devant un restaurant Buffalo Grill, dépasse les deux millions de vues et devient viral sur TikTok, contribuant fortement à sa notoriété.
